Kayla is a Licensed Massage Therapist and constant student. Since graduating from The Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork in 2021, Kayla has taken CE courses in myofascial release, active release, myoskeletal alignment, sports massage, cupping, and trigger point therapy.

She takes a whole-body approach to massage therapy, considering lifestyle, movement patterns, and overall wellness to address the root causes of pain.
