Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so we can offer the appointment to other clients. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-show policy

If you miss your appointment and do not notify us before your appointment start time to let us know, we reserve the right to charge your account the full cost of the service. To notify us that you will not be able to make your appointment, please email info@kaylabauermassage.com

Illness/contagious condition

Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived. Please email info@kaylabauermassage.com

Zero tolerance policy

Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in immediate termination of the session and you will still be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
